Bermuda College has announced the launch of its upcoming 2025-2030 Strategic Plan with an appeal to the public to help shape its vision for future generations. The college is currently celebrating 50 years of excellence. College President Dr. David Sam said the college now intends to build on the success of its previous 5-year plan “to create a strong foundation for the next chapter, with a steadfast focus on student outcomes and equity," he said.
Key instruments in crafting this visionary plan will include surveys and focus groups. Surveys will allow us to collect diverse perspectives from all primary stakeholders to understand the community’s needs and aspirations. Hosting internal and external focus groups allows us to explore in-depth insights from a variety of constituents, including business.
