Bermuda College has partnered with the International Coaching & Leadership Institute (ICLI) to offer The Coaching Foundations Certificate Programme. This programme is offered in a three-day intensive format. The curriculum is grounded in our three-pronged model: Leadership, Ownership, and Accountability. Participants receive extensive foundational training on the principles of coaching core competencies, ethical standards, and leadership development. Programme graduates will walk away with hands-on application of core competencies and best practices needed to better coach and meet the challenges of the "new normal."

Course Schedule

3 Day Intensive

Receive 30 hours of extensive foundational training on the principles of coaching core competencies, ethical standards, and leadership development in the format of a 5-week course.
