This hybrid Early Childhood Education and Leadership programme blends online learning with face-to-face instruction, offering flexibility while maintaining strong engagement and support. Designed to equip aspiring early childhood educators with the knowledge, skills, and leadership abilities needed to thrive in early education settings, this comprehensive programme spans three semesters. Students will engage in both in-depth academic study and hands-on application of the eight units of the Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential™, alongside leadership training aimed at preparing them for supervisory and administrative roles in early childhood environments. Upon successful completion, students will have developed a robust understanding of child development, effective teaching strategies, and the ability to manage and lead early childhood programmes.
Entry Requirements: Applicants must be proficient in English and mathematics. Potential students will be assessed as part of the admissions process.
Course Schedule
Receive 30 hours of extensive foundational training on the principles of coaching core competencies, ethical standards, and leadership development in the format of a 5-week course.
