Programme Overview


The National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe® Food Handler Certification covers various areas and practices concerned with the safe handling of foods, including basic food safety, personal hygiene, time & temperature, cross-contamination & allergens, and cleaning & sanitation. This certification is for Chefs, Restaurant Managers, Food and Beverage Managers, all Food Handlers and Vendors. The certification will blend lecture, videos and activities to give you practical application of the areas covered. At the end of the course, you will sit the ServSafe® Food Handler Certification exam.
