Students without a background in law, finance or overnance start with the Foundation Programme to learn the key knowledge and skills to prepare you for chartered Governance Institute (CGI) Qualifying Programme.

Introduction to Corporate and Business Law (TDS 822)

An introduction to corporate and business (commercial) law and the legal framework within which businesses operate.

You will gain a better understanding of the purpose of law in business and which areas of law principally impact businesses.

Principals of Company Compliance and Administration (TDS 823)

The aim of this module is to introduce legal, ownership and management structures for companies, how companies are incorporated and routine company compliance and governance obligations.
