Congratulations to the Bermuda College students who recently concluded thier Summer Programmes!

Bermuda College students recently concluded Summer programmes geared toward expanding their experience and expertise in various business endeavors.

CIS student, Jahzi Johnson was one of 13 Summer students who participated in a paid eight-week internship with the City of Hamilton. According to recent articles in Bernews, students were placed in various departments and roles across the organization – from finance and administration to marketing and communications, to engineering and the Department of Parks. Similarly, CIS students Dominic Tessitore, Kevin Dacosta and Jair Eve received completion certificates for participating in an eight-week Fintech collaborative programme involving Government’s Department of Economic Development, and NEXT, Bermuda’s first digital asset industry association. The programme, also reported in Bernews, was part of a larger, global initiative network, and allowed students to interact with C-Suite members of local FinTech companies. Read more here.
