The Help Desk is located in North Hall on the 3rd floor in room G328. The Help Desk serves as the central point of contact for the BC Community's computing inquires.

A number of computer labs are available for student use when they are not being used for classes. The library also offers a number of computer stations for Bermuda College students.
Students taking twelve credits or more are eligible for a Bermuda College laptop at no additional cost. CWA and College Preparatory Programme students may be eligible with as few as 9 credits.
Students not eligible for Bermuda College laptops may be able to connect their personal laptops to the College wireless network while on campus.
