Checklist

Selecting Classes
First make an appointment with a representative from your Academic Division to select classes. Complete the Information for My Academic Advisor form and bring it to your appointment.
Course Approval
At the end of your appointment, submit the signed Course Approval form listing the classes you've selected to the SERR office on the second floor of College Centre to initiate placement in the selected classes.
Payment of Fees/Tuition
Pay tution and/or fees by August 26, 2009 for the Fall 2009 semester to officially enrol. If you miss this deadline, you will be purged from all classes and will have to select classes again. There is no guarantee your initial selections will be available after the purge.
Meet your Counsellor
Your acceptance letter includes the name of your College Counsellor. Meeting with him/her during the summer is a great way to start the orientation process. Clarify: match between programme choice and future educational options, match between educational options and occupational goals, overseas school options, funding options, resource needs.
Online Orientation
This year marks the first time we are offering online orientation to provide new students with access to important information without compromising work and holiday schedules. Discover the 'how to' and 'who to' of Bermuda College before classes start and build a foundation for success.
Academic Advising
During the fourth week of the semester, each programme student is assigned a personal Academic Advisor as a part of the support system for student success. Work with your personal Academic Advisor to develop and monitor an educational plan that reflects your achievement goals for Bermuda College, including future class selections.
